We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or epidemics. We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover these risks.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The costs of the arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this section shall prevent Ubuntu Adventures from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
